Good food and low prices.
Never know who to be mad at, me for trying it again or them for the poor service. 15 minutes from time I placed the order I finally got two hamburgers!
Yall know the somernites cruise in happens every month..... Get better prepared.... 5 empty tables and would not sit anyone until the kitchen caught up. Sounds like a management problem. Fix it.
We were a group of ladies from Indiana, in town for a ladies Retreat. We arrived sometime close to 10pm. The place was packed, with people sitting outside too. The man who greeted us and seated us, seemed groggy so we were worried at first, but then came Anthony. He was the best waiter! Friendly, efficient, and put up with all of our craziness. Our orders came out quickly and the food was good. We’d definitely go back and hope that Anthony was there.
The server was extremely nice and tried - however the food was terrible, the fries incredibly salty - the hotdog coney was terrible!!! The hotdog was shriveled grease coated Nasty!! I feel sick.
4th trip to the Somerset Steak 'n Shake. The food has been good every time. The problem is with their service. The management lacks the mentality of service. I could understand if it takes 20 minutes to get seated, 15 minutes to have a server come and get a drink order and then 40 minutes to get your order. Their service and hospitality is close to none. Sad because it could be a great restaurant.
Great people...great food...Quality is the word that sums up this fine dining establishment. Quality.
