I really want to like this place because the prices are really good. It is hard to give a better rating when this place always seems dirty. I have been here multiple times and the tables and seats have crumbs or sticky stuff on them each time. Last time I was here I had to move trash out from under the table so my feet weren't resting on it. The servers uniforms are stained up, probably need to have the company provide them more uniforms. Just walked out because we sat at a table for 20 minutes and not a single one of the servers talked to us. The group that came in right after us got waited on, had their drinks and were placing their food order, yet 5 servers walked by us and paid no attention. Very upset seeing as this is normally one our favorite places.
I wasn't really impressed there was no one to seat us so we set ourselves it was adult with four children took forever for someone to come I had to ask for someone the floor was absolutely awful every table was dirty the food was excellent kitchen look clean but the waitress is the dining room and the manager not so much
What in the world has happened to this place? Wasn't busy at all, we go in waited 2 mins for a hostess, then another 3 minute wait for her to clean a booth, then I kid you not 5 minutes for the server to greet, another 10 mins for drinks, which the server was carrying one of them between her arm and armpit�. I AM A SERVER I can sympathize HOWEVER no since of urgency, food took forever, it was GOOD but took a longtime. I normally love to eat at Steak & Shake but the one in Somerset is horrible and that's being nice. Last visit I said I wouldn't be back and haven't. Food is just barely mediocre. Service (especially drive thru) is slow and rude. I'm the one who has to say thank you to them!!! As well as wait forever. One other problem is it always seems dirty especially the floors. This place has really went down hill . They gave us all the wrong food and gave my husband sweet tea instead of the pop he ordered and they're no longer open 24 hours here. Will still go other steak and shake by this was ridiculous and don't plan on coming back !!
I have been so disappointed in this place every time I come through the drive through I have to sit forever. I am currently sitting in line waiting on milkshakes, I set at the speaker for 10 minutes after being told to hang on and have been waiting for food for another 10 minutes and still currently waiting. HORRIBLE service in drive through!! �
My issue is 2 fold. First and foremost when we pulled up they asked for a moment, which was more like 2-3 minutes then when the lady on the speaker came back she got a bit of an attitude because she couldn't hear and snapped that I needed to speak up we order 4 garlic, 3 cajun and 2 cherry cokes the lady does not repeat back the order when it was obvious she had trouble hearing us.
