Was my first time at SnS n it was ok. Made to order hot burger n O rings. Fries are to small n thin. Service was good and waiter had a good sense of humor. Go again maybe will b better.
Everything was great -the staff & food included & their prices are a definite plus. My only complaint would be that the floor was dirty & my boots got a little sticky from pop spills. I would recommend! ���

Ppl brought dog in and MANAGER LOVED ALL OVER IT WITH HER APRON ON AN DIDNT WASH AFTER EITHER AND WENT STRAIGHT BACK GETTN THE FOOD AND SERVING PPL HOW NASTY
Horrible food. Slow service. Worst place I’ve ever eaten. Big disappointment. Probably never try another steak and shake ever.
Very poor service. Someone needs to be put in management that knows what they are doing because it’s very obvious they have no clue how to run the place or to make sure their employees are doing their job. Will not be back for a while!
We came in about 11pm, it was slow maybe 3 other tables in the whole building. Still took about 30 minutes to get out food. One of our sandwiches we're missing mayo. My friend had a salad he ate as finger food because we sat there for an hour without silverware. After our waitress gave us our food she was no where to be found. We didn't have silverware, or drink refills. No " does everything look okay?"... So we could tell her what was wrong or what we needed. Just dropped it and left. We were passing through and stopped for lunch..our waitress was very polite and welcoming and food was great! Thank you
We had a great time and the food was excellent and our server Dana she was really good, sweet and friendly.
