Waited so long to get waited on mad and left and it was not busy
Highly do not recommend. The service was super slow. The place was not busy. Our server was obviously high. She took my coke to refill it and never brought it back. The food was cold cold when it finally came out
Horrible experience. Food wasn’t good. Service was slow. Restaurant was dirty.
Let’s see. Came at 6 and yes true, every table needed to be bused and cleaned. Two guys were more worried about their air buds being connected than anything else and the host said we are short staffed. Didn’t stop the same tow air pods boys from horseplay and towel snapping.
had to wait forever to be seated hardly anyone was there , they had to clean the table before we was could sit down, trash and food all over the floor, tea was soured, servers was on there phone, the bathroom was so nasty my sister wouldn't even change her baby in the bathroom not worth the time money or effort to go
Roaches have been found multiple people have experienced them.🤮
this steak and shake for the second time had extremely poor service! we had two shakes in a large order of fries that was it and it was 23 minutes before we got our food! we watched as people were turned away at the door because they were behind in the back, and the workers actually told the people they were no longer allowed to sit people down!! needless to say we will not be returning to this steak and shake for a while!!
