Almost an hour in a drive through line for god sake.
I have made a lot of allowances and can deal with a lot but when I order a hamburger I expect it to be hot not like it just come out of the fridge.
My glass had someone else’s lipstick on it.. I didn’t see it til I had drank half of my drink with my straw. The waitress and manager acted liked it was not a REAL BIG DEAL!! They told me it had been cleaned it just had stained the glass.. However when I took my napkin and wiped part of it off in front of them, they decided to throw the glass in the trash.. Never going back!!
Has gone down hill drastically since first opened up. a year ago waitress kept taking smoke breaks and ended up with melted shakes after she took another 15 minute smoke break after putting in our order. very poor service. week or so ago went since had a gift card - had to wait 20 minutes for a seat half booths/seats out of service and another 20 to order. the older woman waitress just stood around spaced out most the time or social talking to customers already waited on. last visit went thought give another try since had co... read more
chilli was cold French fries were cold and had to wait quite some time to be seated and served.
The food was incorrect, fries were only half filled, fries were also cold. Bad service. Called the manager, didn’t even apologize and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I love Steak n Shake to death but every time I have negative service it makes me feel like I’m at McDonald’s! The wait time there is insanely long so you might want to bring a book!
Poor service and incorrect food the past few times we have visited this restaurant. Went through the drive-through for two milkshakes and it took 30 minutes. Then the milkshakes came out incorrect. Last time we will be here. Do not recommend steak and shake in Somerset at all. Nothing like the other steak and shakes throughout the nation.
one way they could improve is to not take over 20 minutes to make an order of fries and a bowl of chili. I had to get up and leave because I ran out of lunch time while waiting on a bowl of chili and an order of fries. I'm sorry but if I was the manager or owner people would be getting write-ups
