We waited almost 10 minutes on our drinks, which were fountain drinks. We then had to ask our food be made to go bc we had to get back to work. We were on an hour lunch break. Service was very poor!
Went to Steak and Shake yesterday and was very disappointed in the service. We were seated and waited 10 minutes and not once was we asked what we wanted to drink or even acknowledge we was there. There were people who came in after us that immediately got waited on! So after getting up to walk out, I forgot my keys and I went back to get them at the table where a waitress was collecting our menus and not once did she apologize for the bad service. I love their food but their service is horrible.
The food was good and the service was friendly. The parking was good and the place was easy to find. The hours were good and the place clean.
I normally would give a 4 or 5 stars because I love Steak 'n Shake. Was there May 27th 2017. The food was good and always. Problem is the waitress after handing me my plate and my mother in law her baked beans the tray tipped and the rest of the food went all over my husband's lap before falling in the floor. Found a damn fly in my milk shake. And didn't get no refills. Not happy..
Loved the food, served to us hot and fresh. Service needs all kind of improvement!!
love steak n' shake i have eaten there over the years a lot
The KZW Crew always comes here at least 1-3 times a week, we always have a good time and love coming here! One thing I suggest is having better food serving times, at least 15 minutes or less!
I went to the steaks@shakes the service was bad very slow i will not go back again
