Takes for ever for them to seat you and when you order they can't get your order right and it's always messy made. The one in London ky kicks this one butt they have way better service. Doesn't take 35 mins to make a hamburger and fries. Should take 10 to 15. I would much rather drive out of my way to go to the one in London any day.
Waited 28 minutes, got a Cold ball of meat and slop! Keep it classy Steak and Shake!
Last night the guy whom said he was the manager made us wait almost 20 min at the drive through while he hung out the window trying to get him some, or something, from an suv full of women. After waiting all this time our order was wrong..... went in the "manager" was an asset and walked away and someone else had to refund the money. Will never be back..... someone from corporate needs to do something this is one of many times this place has given poor service and long waits.
It was our first and last time eating here..The waitress was very nice. The food wasn't very good.. But the person who seated us acted as though we were not good enough to sit in a booth, which we asked for and were told no that she would have to see who came in. The place wasn't even busy at all. No one was seated at all but one booth the whole time we were there. We will not be back. Refuse to go and pay an be treated like we aren't good enough for a empty booth. Takes waaayyyy too long to get waited on!! The food is ok. Waitress was nice enough but acted like she was lost in the shuffle.
We sat down at 3:06. Waited about 30 minutes for our food and all of it was wrong except for my son's chicken strips. Waited another 20 minutes and a manager came by and comped our meal. Still no food. Waited another 30 minutes and all our waitress could say was "Yours is next!" or "It's almost ready!" After a total of an hour and a half, we had had enough. If you're thinking about eating here - think again. I could have bought my own hamburger, heated the grille , cooked it, and I'm just talking about the wait time. 30 min and we still don't have our food. Pathetic
