Pretty much the same as everyone else. I call and call and call, no response. I've emailed, nothing. Leave messages, nothing. No wonder the staff at my complex are just the same, they learned from the best.

We have called and left messages, as well as emailed them in regards to poor management and other complaints with zero response from them at any time. It just shows how much they actually care about their company and the people who keep it afloat. Surprised they are still in business with the way they do things but I don't doubt they will be under soon, if you treat your customers like they aren't worth anything, you become worthless.

I have lived in my complex for nearly 3 years, my unit has had multiple inconveniences that I've tried to pass off as "forgotten" or "mistakes" however after the first time my unit flooded and I was warned about the harms of mold from the apartment manager herself, and she then had her maintenance paint over it, I realized this was just how this business operates. We have been renting at this property for almost a year. We pay rent on time and pretty much stay to ourselves. In the short time that we've lived there, we've had two neighbors that made noise constantly. I've complained, called the police etc.... the leading office has made us feel as if we're the problem. When I moved in, one of the girls knew my husband wasn't on the lease, but all of a sudden, they pulled my file after I called the police last night and asked "why he wasn't on the lease?". Ridge Crossings in Hoover, AL is a terrible place and not worth the money. I feel like everyone should know what they are getting into. I lived there for 3 years, which was 3 years too long. Roaches, Spiders, Centipedes, you name it. They claimed they sprayed, but they would only call the exterminator if you complained so it had to become a regular call to make. I live in a Steadfast Managed building in Illinois and it is terrible. There is dog feces and trash all around the lot, and when you complain, they just become upset and do nothing. The staff are extremely rude and often argue with you. Upon move in I had an ant infestation and they pretended to send pest control. They said the person entered while I was at work, even though I have a protective 60 pound dog. For some odd reason I took them at their word. I am currently living at one of Steadfast Living's locations in Aurora, CO. It is called "Bella Terra at City Center." I have sent multiple emails to several people, attempting to get some issues resolved, and haven't heard anything from anyone in a solid week. I honestly have no idea who to contact to receive any information or support.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone through phone and email for one full week now, and have not received a response. I have several unanswered questions, and am extremely unhappy with management, my apartment, pricing, etc. I do not know, at this point, who to contact. It has been this difficult to reach staff since I moved in, in September.
