The management staff at this company is terrible, everyone they hire seem to be rude and uncooperative. This is a very greedy company and they don't care about the well being of anyone, all they care about is money. Rent increases exponentially, maintenance request submitted aren't ever addressed in a timely manner. The extra fees attached to the rent are absolutely ridiculous especially when the services you pay for aren't being completely. Resident 2014 - 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed I agree with ALL the negative reviews here absolutely 150% truthful! Company states I must pay deposit and pet rent for my 2 service animals. They "require" documentation, which is illegal. They are harassing me with multiple threatening emails.

I have been a resident since May 2016. I found a bed bug in my apartment. Management wants to charge me $300.00 to exterminate. Management wants to blame me for the bed bugs, saying I could have brought the bed bugs in the apartment. I told them I did not and to prove that I did. I was told that it was in the lease agreement about the resident being responsible for the bed bug issues. The complex has dog feces all around. The management does not clean up the property. I recently moved out of a property that was just bought by Steadfast Management on September 7. Two months later I still have not received my refund for my deposit. I have spoken with the property manager and a leasing agent on several occasions but to no avail. I was given two numbers to contact someone at corporate 888.851.7545 and 949.852.0700, I left messages and no one has contacted me back. I have decided to file a small claims case against them. I have spent the last 5 months going back and forth with the Community manager regarding repairs and leaks in my apartment. From day one when I placed a work order in they have have lacked proper communication and follow through on the matter. The first instance of the leak the Repair technician notated he did not find a leak when I had a pool of water sitting in my bedroom in July. in august the issue returned again and I emailed the community manager directly. Me and my family are highly unsatisfied with the service received from Ashley Oaks apartments in San Antonio, Texas (16400 Henderson Pass). We are a military family. I received orders to deploy and my wife had to find an apartment quite fast before I left. Two week before my deployment date my orders were reversed. My families move in date was November 16th. I have been staying at Brice Grove Park Apartments in Canal Winchester, OH. I signed onto a second lease 4 months ago and have never been treated worse. The property "management" team has been harassing me for the past month about a "broken blind" I say "broken" because it is not broken at all. If you come inside and look there is no crack or anything at all wrong with the blind. Exceptionally poorly managed apartment complex - I would not recommend anyone looking for an apartment sign on to do business with these people.
