For the past few months any time I've tried to contact the leasing office, the phone rings until a message says, "this number has been temporarily disconnected." When I did finally get ahold of someone in the office, I was told they always answer unless they're with someone, otherwise it goes to voicemail, which is untrue. Their is no voicemail. I contacted their corporate office and had them make a note of it, but I doubt anything will change. All I wanted was to pay my rent, but if it's overdue even by one day, you can't p... read more

Poor customer service, poor management. They do not care about the safety of the tenants. I have had ongoing problems since I moved in and have records of how many complaints I have put in on their portal. My water heater was not working and I was out of hot water on and off for 3 months. The service techs kept coming out and giving quick fixes. Not until I called the number on the water heater did anything get fixed. Had I not called that number, I doubt any further action would have taken place. I requested to move out a m... read more

Since this company took over our apartment complex in GA, the services to residents have been unsatisfactory. Office staff constantly close the office early, or stay in the office while pretending that they are not available to the residents. The office staff are rude and they do not appear to have the professionalism to handle residents respectfully. Residents are becoming frustrated and are moving out. For the extra fees charged and the complex manner they introduced to pay the monthly rent, I anticipated top class service... read more

Club at summer valley in austin Texas. I have Been here since August 8 and it has been a nightmare since. We were supposed to be moved into the renovated apartment but I can tell the work was unprofessional. I could stick my broom from inside of the apartment to the outside through front door. They had openings in walls all over apartment. These two access points were the cause of our ROACH INFESTATION. We kill roaches on a daily basis. I am Terrified of them and have trouble sleeping at night because of it. They ran in and ... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I have never been so disrespected and uncomfortable in my entire life! So, I was supposed to move-in to the unit on 3/16/18. I was not granted access until 3/17 due to a failure on their part. They were supposed to make sure the unit was ready and it was not. Day 1 I had to do a deep clean of the entire unit. There was hair in the dishwasher. Dead flies in the window sills and the following broken or faulty issues (remember this is ON THE DAY I MOVED IN!) Here were my issues from day 1 and ... read more
