My husband and I moved in here in 2019 to a newly renovated apartment. We only lived there for 6 months. In that time, office hours were ONLY business hours during the week, and rent could not be paid online (it had to be a check), our refrigerator broke and was replaced without anyone telling us they were entering our unit (also after about a week of it being out), then we complained MULTIPLE times about standing water in our bathroom which was coming up from the floor (we had to wear shoes in our own bathroom). Worst experience. Living here is a total nightmare. Everything said about maintenance is true. My front door has a large gap where bugs invades the unit. I put in a maintenance request only to have one of their maintenance men s**** this large rubber thingy on the door frame, on top of the old one instead of removing the old one and replacing with the new one. He didn't speak English so I'm standing there trying to tell him the door will not close, he write on paper I have to slam the door hard until it wears. I took a video... read more

One of the worse management ever, they never resolve any issues as well as maintenance, they just close them as done and never actually fix it, latest issue with rent increases, the increases are outrageous and they can't even explain what the charges are in place like that, and their billing department no one answers and they don't respond to messages or emails

office staff never follows up, act like the problem is brand new and it takes MONTHS to resolve issues, i have had numerous leaks, my AC died, my dishwasher and disposal stopped working, my laundry room has flooded twice both times taking over 2 months to resolve, i am currently on month 4 with no laundry because they wont take responsibility and taking forever to help me with renters insurance items needed. my car was broken into and i was told not their problem, the dumpsters are always overflowing and glass everywhere. my... read more

I live at ********************************************************************* management team is lazy and horrible they do not care about residents or complaints from residents. I have lived her since 2020 March and they have gone thru 4 different assistant managers . I am a current resident at renaissance apartments and Ive have mice, ants, and ***** issues and Ive only been here 2 1/2 months shy of a year now. Ive also experienced plumbing issues in my tub where the pipes left black and brown debris behind. I came home some months back to witness my bathroom wall completely knocked out without my acknowledgment. I am a current resident with this property and I regret moving here whole heartedly. The property staff does not answer the phone, nor respond to emails. I've even physically went to the leasing office multiple times and I've just been getting the run around. I moved into my unit Oct. 15th 2022 and was provided with no heat for 3 months. It took almost 3 months for the management to even fix the heat in my unit. There is an apartment manager named *************************** who has been very unprofessional and disrespectful to our son with disabilities, and to us (the guarantor). She has repeatedly yelled and accused our son of causing a leak. She had him move out for a week to fix it, and as he came by to drop his cat off a few hours early, yelled at him again for doing so. I signed up for the rent to own online. I received absolutely nothing for it. But I went to cancel the subscription there's nowhere to cancel the subscription. I've been trying for 4 months to cancel the subscription to no avail. So they keep digging in my car for $70 a month for absolutely nothing. And noway to contact them. Making my card every single day. I don't dare put any money into that account. Like I said I can't even contact them.
