I have lived at Bella Terra at Cory Center for 4 years and I am finally moving. To start off George the maintenance supervisor not only sexually harassed me but nothing was done by the old property manager ozzy didn’t let me out my lease or nothing and I had no where to go. If I could give them a zero I would. Steadfast Living property in Dunwoody, GA charges an astronomical amount of rent. They don't invest any money in the property, don't take care of maintenance request timely Allow playing in parking lots. Keeps the property unclean. Community property never works, pool is disgusting. They raise rent every year. They bully you into renewing a lease early and if you don't they keep raising the rent by hundreds of dollars. In my opinion, dealing with steadfast staff at the Sugar Mill Apartments was a nightmare. There was lacking communication despite being on top of our things on our end. Once we signed the lease and got to get into the apartment it was filthy. There was trash/debris on the floor, dirt, blood and other unknown substances on the walls and light sockets. The air vent for the a/c was caked in dirt and mold and confirmed by maintenance that they didn't provide upkeep on a/c units and tried to argue with me about it while I was on ... read more
My boyfriend and I recently (June 13th) moved out of the Reveal on Cumberland in Fishers, IN and made sure to follow proper apartment cleaning protocol. For our record keeping, I made sure to record an in depth video of the entire apartment upon leaving. We had a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with carpet only in the bedroom/closet area. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for them to come and replace the microwave that died.
BEWARE !!! They will take your money for an Administration Fee of $150.00 in applying for an apartment and put you under a false premise of what your deposit is expected to be only to APPROVE you and tell you that you need to pay an astronomical amount for a deposit to move in (not double the deposit amount posted to potential applicants but DOUBLE THE MARKET RATE OF THE RENT to move in !!!!) ... Most complexes will disclose in writing that a deposit could be up to an additonal amount that is ad much as the same amount of 1 ... read more
The parking is an issue. Plus the office should have an after hours to contact to address issues so that the management can send an email later. Most people work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Thats an oversight. Other than that no issues. But those are very important issues.
My move in experience was horrible. My apartment was not cleaned at all and the office confirmed the cleaning lady got fired so my apt was untouched. Trash food just a mess. My patio was covered in kids paint and arts and crafts and I have the pictures to prove this. I’ve had to clean piss from behind the toilet from the previous tenants. I’ve emailed and ask the corporate office to call me and no one has reached out. My floor is extremely unleveled and I’m extremely disappointed overall.
