About 4 hours of total standing in lines (with a fast pass) and 15 minutes of attraction time wasn't really worth it. The set design was great, but lacked the number of actors and scares. They shove you in with 40 people at a time and even still are in a line while walking through. The botched unlimited Groupon sales and claiming that it is only valid during opening weekend is what killed the night. By the time we walked in, I had lost all interest in going through. Was more worried about the line to get back on the bus to g... read more

I was very excited to go to hells gate . Once I saw the lines & that there was no parking. My group & I thought of leaving just losing our money (bought Groupon which was dated for this wkend only!!) But we said we are already here let's wait. Got in line at 9p &left at 1a. I was ok waiting for the shuttle bus, but was upset when I noticed that cars were driving to the forest& parking in that lot!! Get off the shuttle to find that u have to wait in another 1 hr line to redeem ur ticket. Fast pass ticket was a big lie..genera... read more

The wait was way to long. The woods only had 3 people but the house was decent. Not worth the money.

Great concept use of the area, but not worth the wait. Four f*****g hours to enter the house with two hours of waiting for the bus was ridiculous. Poor crowd control. First and last time I will ever come here, unless a refund is provided.

The house was great. Just get there early.. took my group about 45 min,s to get through it. But i took my time.. they need more actors in the on the grounds. But for the first time back in a while not to bad. Got on a bus quick and left on a bus quick. Got there around 645 and got back to the car about 8. Which isn't bad, but there was a huge like when we returned, so glad we went earlier. I would suggest that. For $19$ it was good... vip through Groupon they probably will honor i would call thrm if you didn't stay in line. ... read more

This was a horrible experience. It should be called Hells Wait. The lines were long and plentiful and the house was poorly done. You would be better off burning your money. My biggest concern is during the wait at the train station to get on the bus, there was no staff around and the lines of people filled the platform forcing those walking to get in line to walk directly next to the tracks on the yellow caution strip. A freight train came buy at a high rate of speed and people were trapped inches from the moving train. The ... read more

Long wait 3hours. Very disorganized made no sense even getting fast pass. General admission, and vip were mixed together. And the whole attraction was about 15 minutes didnt jump 1 time. Too many people grouped together. First 3 jump the rest just walk past boring.
