This is the worst haunted house. The only thing that was scary was the lines. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!!!!

Despite the incredibly long lines (which I was willing to look past because my ticket was only $13) I was extremely let down. They had too many groups of people go into the house at once instead of spacing them out. The scenery and set up of the house was amazing but not enough actors to accommodate for all the people in the house at once, I saw a lot of missed opportunities where an actor could have been placed but there was nothing there. I drove 40 minutes to this and wasn't scared once. Also, the search for the key was r... read more

Tip get there before opening. I got there before opening with friends and got thru the lines at decent pace. But when we got out we saw what looked like a flash flood of people. like a crowd leave a sporting event. The details of the huanted trail and of the mansion were great. It feel like your find and going thru a real huanted mansion. The kid actors as well as the adult actors were great at what they were doing. The costumes were very detailed as well.

Honestly I gave an extra star for potential! We went Saturday, got there early, so we didn't have the crazy wait issue. We got there at 7:00, parked no problem, then waited about 10 minutes for the bus. Off bus, went to will call (Groupon) line, then to VIP line, about 40 minutes total. The walk through the "cemetery" had potential to be super creepy...but wasn't. The house was beautiful! Great job there! The opening scare could have been awesome if we weren't packed in like cattle. Not enough actors, this was the biggest di... read more

Let's get the wait out of the way, since everyone has already mentioned it. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle bus. Then we wait in line for our tickets and wait another hour and a half in the fast pass line, which took longer than general admission?! You finally get to the woods, which has a ton of potential, but only like 4 uninspired actors and some cool atmosphere. Until wait for it...you wait in line for another hour to get into the house! Now let's assume that they fix the ridiculous wait times. Is the actual... read more

3 lines, total of 4 hours waiting. Extremely poor planning on managements part. People were jumping the lines then trying to start fights when confronted. We were jammed in a room with over 50 people then had to funnel into 1 line through a fireplace. I hit my head (since it is about 4 feet and people are pushing you), then slammed my knee on a chair that was placed right next to the fireplace. (Great place for that by the way.) The actors weren't even reset by the time we got to the "scare rooms" so we could see them runnin... read more

A group of 8 of us went on Friday night. We did not buy the groupon ticket, instead used a code and bought it off their website. We got to the train station At 8, waited 15 min for the bus. The bus ride was fun with the clown driving it. Got their got our ticket and waited in line. The line could of used some wait entertainment, but it was opeinging weekend so understandable. The walk through the woods was fun and their was a few good scares. The little kids freaked me out the most. The dude with the dreadlocks at the mansio... read more
