This haunted attraction should be called "Hells Wait"! The Haunted house was all right once you actually made it there. Not worth the wait in my opinion. Got there at 9:40pm and didn't make it back to my car until 2am. You will.have nightmares of waiting in line. Needs more actual characters rather then animated props. Purchased general admission and the line was way shorter than the VIP line . VIP tickets were a joke!

I was thinking this was gonna be a great haunted house but turns out the complete opposite. We where a group about 20 of us coming from out of state so just the ride was bout 2 hours just to go and stand in lines. First you wait for the bus for about 45 mins to an hour, to wait in another line to get your tickets even though you have them physically, you have to turn those in to get another one. From there you wait in another line to get into main house. The whole walk through forest and cemetery is a joke. Actors did a vary... read more

Well we got there at about 8:45 and we hard to park pretty far and than walk to the metes station where you waiting in a HUGE line for the shuttle bus. We waiting about an hour and a half to get on the bus and there was only 2 porta potties which you also had to stand in a long line to get into. Than after the 5 minute bus ride to the haunted house you had to wait in another like to get your ticket, than another line to get into the woods where you think your adventure finally begins. That wait took about 2 hours. And we bou... read more

Yes we waited 4 hours in line total! That's the only bummer part, but the scenes and rooms details was epic and entertaining. Yes it was opening night for a brand new haunted attraction and their working out the kinks... overall it's an interesting place, didn't get scared, but everyone is different... the actors didn't seem like high energy like their Statesville actors who is always giving 110% thru out the whole night. My suggestions would be crowd control in the actual haunted mansion part and the "key" room... please ac... read more

Great haunted house! Definitely get there early, this place is so popular, the lines get long soon after they open! Enjoy!

A group of 8 went there and we waited a total of 5 hours for a 20 minute walkthrough. Save your time and go to Statesville. It is more organized than their new hells gate. Haunt has great potential but the lines are insane. Extremely let down.

The wait was the worse ever. We paid for VIP but was treated the same as general admission. 4 hours from the first line which was the shuttle bus to the end. Just wasn't very impressed. I felt bad from talking to some people in line that came all the way from Indiana to come to this haunt. Don't know that I will return which is very sad. And this giant side they talk about is a JOKE no bigger than the one at the park if not smaller. The first room we saw was pretty cool. It just lacked a lot. You want a awesome haunt this ye... read more

I went with group of 8 total. It took 4.5+ hours with the fast pass to get through the lines and we got there at 9:30pm. We didn't get home till almost 4am. The haunted house was good but wasn't too scary like I expected it to be. Everyone was nice and it was a cool experience but I feel like there should have been something done that improved the wait time and more entertainment involved.

My group and I bought groupons for yesterday. The groupons were fast pass admissions, which we knew we should get because the reviews were looking great, at that time. We get there to find out we have to wait for a bus to get to the beginning of the forest. There were two bus stops, on by the metra and one by the city hall. Someone told us we can wait 1-2 hours FOR THE BUS or walk. We started to walk then saw the metra so we decided to ask another person working the line for the bus what the wait time was for that bus stop. ... read more
