It was awesome. Suspense all the way. The mansion was great. The doll was my favorite.even the bus ride to the mansion gives u goose bumps. Great experience. Thanks hellgates.
Very disorganized. Walked the haunted house practically with 300 other ppl in a single file line. By the time the scare got to you, it was seen a 100 times. Acting was poor, looking for the key was a complete waste of time. Never will be back.
I loved it even with the way long lines good spot for a haunted house totally set the scene for Halloween time good job and all the hard work you all put in to it to make hellsgate a one of a kind haunt keep up the good work �
We went on opening night, I know my friends/family felt it was not scary enough, but for me it was just right. I thought the actors did a great job, and I loved the decor,especially the first room entry way. I thought the woods were a great way to break up any line issues. But I didn't wait nearly as long as others, from my home to haunted house, and back home again was 2.5 hours. I think the ages say 10 an up, but I will be bringing my 8 year old, he's gonna love it!
There were some good parts but total wait time in 4 different lines was 4 HOURS very disappointed
Had a lotta fun! Lines probably kinda long but it didn't bother me, I thought it was worth it. Loved the outdoor part, the lighting and fog really made us felt like we were in a real horror game xD plus, I was really happy to find Elephant Ears and cheese fries waiting for me at the end xD
I gave Hells gate a 2 only because I thought the layout and decor were great. But as far as the scare factor it was a 1. Just some thoughts send smaller groups through at a time, more scares in cemetery, start scaring in the bus, less lighting mansion and scarier people.
Omg. I had a great time for it being my first Haunted house ever. Lines moved quick to get on the shuttles an no line for vip/fastpass. Had a great time. ����
We were there for almost 4 hours and 3 hours and 15 minutes of that was in line. Very misleading. Such a scam. I'll never go back. I guess it's called Hells Gate because there's a line to get in and it's a long one. Also, if you do choose to go, don't buy fast passes. You get in faster with regular passes.
