the houuse too small and ended fast, and too many people in a group, at least when i went it was like 10 people in one group, so it felt more like a tour with monsters. the decoration very good and detailed, actors, 8/10

The place is dope not gonna lie it's a very creepy dark vibe in the whole place just not a solid execution in EVERY area. overall I liked it a lot I thought the actors that were there looked awesome and hopefully over the weeks they get better.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I love a good scare and this missed the mark. The house it's self was well decorated but the actors were lacking and more darkness when walking through. I don't mind the wait if it paid off with a good scare. Sending too many people in at once with only one actor to spook a group of 15 or more never works. Not enough action in the cemetery either. It was quite a boring experience. I recommend more actors parading around outside while customers wait. And where the hell was the chai... read more

We went Sunday 10/09. Arrived at the train Depot between 6-6:30. We got on the first bus of the second round of 4 shuttle busses. Ticket lines were great. We got all the way through and back to our car by 8. Arriving early is a great Idea. The haunted house was amazing. The bus ride to and from the haunted house added to the feel of the night. All in all a great time.

Full disclosure - I am a fan of Zombie Army Productions. I have been to every attraction they create: Statesville, Fear on Navy Pier, Zombie Containment at Riot Fest... now Hells Gate. I must say this is perhaps thier masterpiece. The true (?) stories and lore of the old haunted house and real murders at/near this location just add to the dread. The attraction itself is as beautiful as it is menacing with lighting and effects so dialed in you will feel like you are in a horror movie. Buy the speed pass to minimize the wait (... read more

This haunted house is phenomenal. Not one thing was wrong or misplaced. The actors were top notch. The house itself was like Universal Studios set material, the scenes were so well thought out it was incredible. My favorite scene was the kitchen & the pantry, they creeped me out so much. Overall, this haunt is DEFINITELY somewhere to visit, the lines were long but it was opening weekend so that's expected. Highly recommend! ZAP did a great job.
