I went to Hellsgate haunted house on 10/8. I went with a group of friends. I gotta tell you that this haunt is great! The creepy woods part is awesome!!! It put a chill down your spine as you got closer to the haunt. The inside had really nice detail put in to it. The rooms had a creepy sensation to it and the actors did a great job making their room creepy. I see that there are some negative comments on the wait time here. Well.. news flash !! As a past actor for Zombie Army, I'm proud to say they lived up too their name and made this show something that you've never seen before. So many fun twists and turns! Generally a fun, great time!
Hells gate was awesome great line entertainment lines weren't to bad actors were on point in the house and the sets were amazing
People..you have got to see this...for a First Year Haunt..it was ridiculously Awesome...can only get better. I highly recommend this if you want that Scary Halloween Feeling. Well done Zombie Army...Well done!!!!!!!
Was my first time at a haunted house ! Wow had the best experience! Loved the walk through the wooded cemetery with great lighting and fog on that chilly nite made you feel creepy all over! Don't want to give the rest away you will have to go to experience the rest!
Hells gate was one hell of an experience all the way through and had me jumping, they even managed to make the bus ride to the place surreal, great time
We drove from Neenah, WI which is over 3 hours away because we were SUPER excited about this haunted house as Statesville Haunted Prison is one of our favorites to attend every year. We arrived and waited to get on the bus for 2 hours and when we got to the location we went right back to the train station because we couldn't wait another 2 hours. I LOVE Haunted Houses and "Hells Gate" is in an Elite group, I highly recommend this place. Great sets, Fantastic Actors and the customer service is outstanding. KUDOS
I'm a haunt enthusiast and have been operating a private haunt for 12 yrs. Here are the pros, cons, and suggestions after visiting HellsGate. CONS: I purchased our group of 5s tickets right off of the HellsGate website (they use eventbrite). We drove in from over 2 hours away (one way) and gas and tolls were not cheap, and as we had waited 4 hours to go through a 15 minute attraction, we were starved and had to get food after we left.
