Waited way too long. 3 hours from the bus to the end of the house. House wasn't scary either.
I thought this would be better since the same people that made statesville made this. Boy, oh, boy was I ever wrong. You wait to get on a bus, wait to get your tickets, wait to go through the cemetery, then wait to go in the mansion, then wait to get back on the bus. Not worth it, poor planning, and the speed pass is a giant rip off! Go anywhere else!!!!!!
This is the worst haunted house EVER! Do not waste your time waiting in those lines because the actual house is mediocre. When my group arrives at the metra stop, where some worker gives us directions to another pickup location because the metra station is full. We should've left then� When we arrive to the city hall and it's packed too. So we sucked it up and waited in line for 2 and half hours just to get on the freaking bus. Big group of us went tonight and had a blast! I know everyone is complaining about the wait time but it wasn't an issue tonight. Probably being that it's a Sunday! The path through the woods and the actual house were very well done and you could tell a lot of work went into to. The only critique I have is that they should send people through in smaller groups. Feel like it eliminated some of the scares because we were all so cramped together!! All in all we had fun though!!
We purchased speed pass tickets online, figuring that since we had to drive 2.5 hours to the haunted house and that there would probably be a fair number of people we wouldn't want to chance general admission. Unfortunately we still had to wait just as long (if not longer) than GA ticket purchasers. First, we got to the shuttle pickup area at 7:30 pm and had a 3 hour wait just to get on the bus to the house. Had a great time. They put alot of work into it. Alot of great acting. They really know how to play the part to scare you and everyone around you. Get scared and have some laughs. It's a blast. It was worth driving from Beloit wi to see it.
Very unorganized parking situation. Paid more for speedy pass, yet general admission line got through faster. Lines upon lines just to get into the haunted house. LOTS of waiting. As for the haunted house...props were awesome, but it was NOT scary. Overall, understaffed and unprepared.
It was not good at all.. don't go there save your money n time
The lines where way to long to only find that you had another line wait for a 10 min walk through the house. We walked the 2 mile walk and didn't use the bus and glad we did what we did we got there at 730 to the parking lot and left the parking lot at 1230 that is how long the lines where for a 10 min haunted house and there where still people waiting to be bused there
