They need better security. People cutting in lines was ridiculous. But over all the grounds and house was amazing.
I think the wait time was definitely a lot better than the last few nights because we for throughout the whole line process within two hours. Definitely a waste for the vip passes and the scare your friend passes. It would be better if the group's were spaced out more, so that there is an opportunity for everyone to get scared. I'm very easily scared and only got scared three times. The props and staging of the whole place was great, although it still wasn't what was advertised. Absolutely amazing. So much detail and obvious hard work. One of the few last groups and the actors still did phenomenal. Kudos to all of you. Loved every second.
The wait was long but on opening weekend on its very first year I expected it. I thought the house was amazing so much went into the detail......kudos to those actors working until almost the wee hours of the morning, they did not turn anyone away! Worth the wait and cost!
I still can't get over the 3 hour plus line and lack of actors!

The lines where way to long to only find that you had another line wait for a 10 min walk through the house. We walked the 2 mile walk and didn't use the bus and glad we did what we did we got there at 730 to the parking lot and left the parking lot at 1230 that is how long the lines where for a 10 min haunted house and there where still people waiting to be bused there
Worst experience ever. Not just THE LINE, but several lines took almost 4 hours! I can never get that time back and no one should have to wait that long for a terrible haunted house. All the suspense and build up was lost after waiting for so long. We could not wait to get the hell out of this place! The actual haunted house itself was a joke. Line after line! Got there at 9 left at 2! The only thing scary about this haunted house were the damn lines! Actors didn't care. Never going back.
