I really want to take this opportunity to thank the amazing staff, especially Tim. He was incredibly customer-oriented, always smiling, and maintained such a positive attitude throughout. The worst customer service ever. Lady just told me off with no reason and yelled at me and and be like “u can leave right now if u want” literally no one was here. I was gone for 3minutes for toilet, and they told me to not leave out stuff here. I don’t know her name but 50years old looking lady came up and told me don’t occupy 2 seats when no one was here.
All of your staff are so rude and disrespectful. Please do something about their manners and how they approach customers i am so disappointed. Did you guys train these employees properly? How many bad reviews does it take u to retrench all of these workers they are terrible. Every review under this shop is terrible says alot don't you think. Do better train better work harder.
Everything is good, especially the customer service from the bald guy and a lady who always remember my name is very nice. I love them so much BUT the tall chinese guy with glasses and the chinese girl with bangs who looks around 30-40 years old are rude which make me never want to go there. I don't think they deserve to work here if they are going to keep frighten customers and be rude. This lady moved my stuff. Please don’t touch my stuff and don’t treat your customers with disrespect, I don’t need to work in service to know this. Employee training is needed for this location. I don’t appreciate being talked to passive aggressively. Won’t be coming back, neither will my friends.
