I am extremely disappointed with the service at this station today. I have ordered two tiramisu iced oat expresso with no syrup and the staff were so confused and very rude. The gentleman at the counter couldn't understand the order and I had to explain and show him on the border display the ones we need it but with no syrup.He assured me there is no syrup in the coffee.A lady showed up and she was asked to make the coffees but the gentleman forgot ro mention about the syrup.The lady pured in the syrup right away and I've as... read more
Waste 10 pounds for "Latte" and "Cappuccino" !!!This is not coffee!!!This is water with no taste,just stinky water with the taste of cups and light cigarettes, with soap foam.Cheap no fat milk cannot give to you good foam! I asked for a frozen brown sugar coffee to be given an oat milk brown sugar iced latte vile ! I went back And explained that I'd asked for a frozen brown sugar latte not an iced drink !!! I have never had a problem getting this at any other Starbucks ! Except this one ! So i asked the member of staff for a frozen latte to then be given an iced latte !!!
