This review used to be 5 stars and say "Great staff and store :)" - they used to serve my caramel frap with espresso for no extra charge, after 5 years now they randomly changed the rules and you have to pay extra for espresso. £8 for a caramel Frap no thank you I am no longer a fan of this store review edited :( won't visit anymore for summer drinks :( Costa don't charge extra for real coffee they serve it as standard :)
I went to get a lovely strawberry acai, the barrista Ivan was such a lovely man, what a lovely soul. I never normally leave reviews however Ivan deserves recognition! He was so kind and just plain lovely!!
Great coffee, fast service.
The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, always have to wait no matter what.
