I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to by Umar at the drive thru today. I visit Starbucks regularly and it’s always been my go to place but unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service from him. There have been several occasions where he has come across as rude, abrupt and dismissive but today’s interaction was completely unacceptable. we went in after our silver dofe just wanting a quick little stop to refresh ourselves, instead got faced with luke, umar and bethany (troublesome trio). luke took forever to serve us , even though we were the only customers . umar didn’t do anything wrong except laugh at a disabled women. bethany was okay but really just doing the bare minimum. i get if u wanna have a little laugh at work but they took 19 minutes to make 4 drinks 2 of them the same kind. i’m not mad just disappointed. only good thing was the order being yum... read more
