Ordered an iced drink on the app. When I arrived at the drive through I gave my name and was told very abruptly that the order had just gone through and I should drive out of the drive through queue and re enter in 5 minutes. I thought I had misheard and asked the lady if she wanted me to drive out and back in again, to which she replied " in 5 minutes." Always order my usual and the gorgeous little comments on my bag I adore so much as someone who currently limited with interaction right now online order is all I can do and made my day to see thought and consideration of making sure others having great day was amazing to see
Visited yesterday and wont be coming back. Young guy on the till was trying his best when another short man who looked like a manager kept telling him to ignore us waiting and sort food, presumably for a delivery?? Really rude and felt sorry for the lad who was only trying his best when busy.
Use this branch every morning on my way to work , quickest drive through I’ve been to , even when there’s a queue they deal with it quickly , coffee is always 5⭐️ , friendliest staff both on drive through and in store , staff always seem really happy , so from that I take it it’s a nice environment to work in , insides always clean , drive through and outside seating area is always litter free , can’t fault ! Overall one of the best branches ive been to. Great team !
