There is something seriously wrong with the employees in this store! A elderly, ill woman was assaulted which resulted in a serious injury and the employees did not even offer to help the poor woman! The video clearly shows that she yelled to employees for help and they did NOTHING! Disgraceful!
I would feel unsafe in this store because of the customer service people and some of the clients

The manager here is very rude. I don't wear masks and I told them I wouldn't wear one. He said I had to wear one or be removed by force, which was surprising since the conversation had just started. He stood right at my shoulder looking down at me angry. Pryor to this I had always bought my computers here at this Waterville store, not just staples. I WILL NOT EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! EVER!!!
dont use any of their services...I just faxed medical documentation from there to a long distance number and it was 95.00 1 sided ...didn't have a choice ...staples wont get anymore of my buisness.

I went in looking for a ethernet to usb adapter. after talking to three different people we ended up with young Jerry. I told him what I needed and proceeded to ask why I would need something like that, that all newer computers have ethernet ports. I explained that I just bought one at Walmart the other day and it does not. He says I'm not sure what type of cheap laptop you purchased but we don't sell that here. 🤬🤬 Jerry just about got throat punched by a momma shopping with her two babies. 💁♀️💁♀️
