I just had a horrible experience in this store! My husband, an Air Force veteran, his service dog and I walked in and since we are both unable to wear the mask due to disabilities we were told they didn't care that we had the copy of the Governor's executive order stating that people with a disability does not have to wear a mask. I was told that since they were a small business they have the right to do as they want. RecommendedWent in today to buy a lap top . Everyone is genuinely kind and friendly. I was helped out by Merrick , he made sure to answer all my questions and help me find the best computer for my needs. I enjoyed my experience , it wasn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be . Highly recommend this place over Bestbuy , they’re not trying to up sell you at all. Great job guys !!

bought something in store. found it cheaper online by alot. they said they would price match it if I came in. so nice of you to price match yourselves.
I’ve gone to Staples for my son’s school supplies for the last 6-7 years but no more. Staff was very rude today - requiring masks 🤨. We left and purchased his supplies from Target. Crazy and disappointing for a store which was struggling financially even before this. I was furious when I left and won’t be back.
