An elderly woman attacked in your store, several employees stood around and refused to help her in any way. ?!?!? Fire every last one of them, or don't expect anyone to visit your store again. Unbelievable and utterly unacceptable!!
I shipped a total of 9 boxes from this store. Staples employees/managers packed my items. I paid for the service. I was there for a death in my family. My brother had passed away. One of the boxes had Fiesta Ware in it. Every piece is crushed. I might have had maybe three items that are ok. I am furious. I should have packaged it myself using u-haul boxes. Never again will I use Staples services of packing anything for me. I am just sick.

Start with hiring employees with a working brain and compassion. Then try training them to help people. Elder abuse is not okay.
After seeing an elderly woman attacked and not one employee coming to her aid, I will never shop in staples again. Everyone working that day should be fired. This was disgraceful. What is this world coming to!

Not only did she help me, but, when I found out the product she recommended did not suit my needs in an emergency, she offered to deliver the correct model to me on her way home! Maria went above and beyond, and I will forever be a grateful, loyal customer. She has a fantastic personality, is understanding, and is deserving of the highest praise.
Don’t shop at this store. You’ll get assaulted by criminals who are too stupid to know how to wear a mask, and left on the floor with a broken leg by staff who doesn’t give a crap about you.
