Nice way to stand there and not help a woman knocked to the ground as she is pleading for help. Wonderful employees!

Big and necessary improvement would be mandatory training for their employees to respond immediately to a crisis situation. Such as assault, and calling 911 for the injured victim! The camera video of the elder woman being attacked, and thrown to the ground, where her leg was broken, is horrendous. What made it even worse was that the Staples employees did not respond to the hurt victim quickly, or try and detain the perpetrator!
Everyone working on the day of the incident where the woman was thrown to the floor should be FIRED. They did NOTHING to help the injured woman and allowed the attacker to leave the store. ALL of you should be ashamed!
Everyone in that store should be fired. A woman gets attacked, leg broken & they all stand around when she asked for help. No one takes out a phone to call 911 & they let the piece of garbage that hurt her walk out like nothing happened. You people should be ashamed. Never going back there again. You people are heartless & useless.
That recent video and the lack of support WILL cost you customers.
I was recently kicked out because of no mask. I asked if had to have one even with a medical reason, the manager kicked me out anyway. I’ve shopped here for office supplies and school supplies for years, we won’t ever be back.
The manager and worker in the store should all be fired for not helping that person out who got thrown to the floor what the hell is wrong with you people I will never step foot in there again
I am horrified by the recent video in which we see one customer attack another over a mask. Not one employee intercedes or assists the customer who had been pushed to the ground. I will now avoid going to Staples stores at all costs knowing there are no procedures in place to safeguard customers.
