Placed an online order for printer ink to be curbside pickup... received confirmation, order number and amount that was charged. Called 2 hours later (was only supposed to take one hour) and store had no record of order. Said that maybe I made a mistake and ordered from a different store. (umm, no) When I asked the clerk to go and see if they had it in stock, as I needed it, she seemed put off by my suggestion. Look.... RecommendedI came in today to print off a resume and some other documents relating to a job interview I have coming up. David in the print shop was more than helpful. He provided excellent customer service, was so kind, and wished me a sincere good luck. I won’t go anywhere else for my printing needs as long as David is there. I don’t know that I’ve ever had better customer service.

Rectified immediately via email and the next thing I know I a received a free order of ink (without even asking) in the mail. What a surprise that was! If you’re visiting the store for items you need, shopping on your own, you’ll be find. However, the copy/print department is very unhelpful and rude. Highly recommended finding another copy/print establishment to help you with any print material for your small business needs.
