RecommendedExcellent service from the young lady with the cool tattoo at the fax center. You just have to read the signs on prices. All of the signs. I think they may have charged me a no stopping or standing fee.
RecommendedBuying laptops. I bought 3 laptops before I found the one I really liked. The first was too slow. The second, an HP, I had a hard time seeing the silver keys on a silver computer with dark silver writing on the keys. Both were returned with no problems and prompt credit on the credit card. I settled on an new $800 Dell Inspiron i5491-5534SLV 2-n-1 that Staples sold to me for $580 on a July 4th sale. Happy, happy, happy.

I went to best buy and they were rude and could not do it until the 26th of the month, what a joke! I very much appreciated his helpful and information, thank you Alex! I will come back to buy a new laptop when I need it!

Roberta demonstrated excellent customer service skills, as well as completing the print job correctly and in a most professional manner! Thank you!

Let's talk about this location. They couldn't properly use the UPS function of their store, and will blame it on the customer. They will take FOREVER to print SIMPLE documents. They will close the doors early and look at you stupidly when you stand patiently outside to be let in DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
RecommendedChase at the Print Center deserves some praise. I came in early Saturday with a VIP rush job and he went above and beyond to get me in and out. This location has been super helpful a handful of times. I work for a print company and can appreciate good service!
