the store is struggling to stay open....losing money daily because people are boycotting the rude staff yelling and screaming at customers not wearing a mask! Not good when your store is already losing revenue every day!🤔
RecommendedMy mother came into your store on the day of my uncle's funeral. Our salesperson was very patient and helpful and made a stressful day brighter. She went above and beyond to help us get our items printed in a timely fashion.
Employees have not been trained properly to be advised that there are those with medical conditions who can't wear masks. And not only doesn't even know where the mask requirement came from, but also decided yelling at us and making a scene in front of other customers was ok! The employee (possibly the manager) refused us service stating 'the CDC requires that everyone must wear a mask in stores or they can't come in'. RecommendedI love the printers that allow me to email them directly and just walk in and print. it's so convenient. The only other stores I know that have that feature is Fedex.

Hello, I am writing this as a review to the service I received today, July 24, 2020 @4:30pm at your establishment. I visited Staples because I needed to print a two-page document at your copy and print center. I was first being helped by a male, then, an older female started assisting within a minute because he, the male staff member, had to leave to another section of the store. I would not go inside the store again on Route 70 in Cherry Hill. The staff wears masks but customers have masks at their chins with nose and mouth exposed in the copy and computer area. It is basically like being in a crowded bar. There is no social distancing enforced or recommended in this area. Deb
