RecommendedCourteous and helpful staff, all of whom wore masks. However, when it came to customers and customer prospects enforcement of the State of Colorado's mandatory mask order did not happen during my visit. Please don't put compliant customers in harm's way. Risking my life for office supplies gives me pause about a return visit and further dealings with Staples in Pueblo, Colorado.
Just had the worst experience with a very chauvinistic male manager on a power trip. He was training a young female and I felt so sorry for her. Not going into the entire experience but WOW!! Around 10:30 am on the Burkhardt location. 8/12/20. No more shopping at Staples EVER for any personal or business use!!
Poor. Poor. Poor check out service. While shopping for back to school materials my family of 3 were purchasing 2 led pads and some high end ink pens. We entered the line and proceeded to lane with lighted box a family behind us entered as well. once at the lighted counter Cashier starts to assist family behind us at a register that didn't seem to be opened. When I bought it to her attention I was told to wait, that she would call someone over. Why would me and my family have to wait for the customer to be serviced behind us?... read more
RecommendedHad some items printed there, and although it took longer than expected, the order was completed. Thanks to Haley in the printing department for getting my order all together and cutting everything perfectly. Staff members like Haley are the ones that customers enjoy & what makes a return customer!

Guy jumped down my throat about not wearing a mask. I was by myself and 20-30 feet from the nearest person looking at buying a copier/printer. He put himself within 6 feet. I politely informed him that I have a medical exception and had it in writing. (Wearing a mask nearly put me in the ER) I know people say they have an exception when they dont so I tried to show him my doctor/specialists letter even though its not required by HIPAA to do so.
