Overpriced. Signed up for 2 rooms( my basement recreation room, charged me for 9 rooms!!)
I live In a ranch style home and they wanted to charge me $380 for the living room and two hall ways. got them to drop the price but I doint know if I will be using them again.
Mostly everything was good. I had asked for My couch to be moved out to be cleaned behind but they did the best they could bc they said it was too heavy. It’s a sectional couch that all comes Connected but comes apart easily and since I’m recovering from knee replacement I couldn’t show them so I would have liked that it have been cleaned under the whole couch and not just where they could get it out from the wall. Showed up on time. Nice people. I vacuumed and moved items out of the room the night before. And turned out I didn’t have to vacuum they do that as well, but made it easier. Having fur babies and kids which they can make a mess and understood that some spots might not come out (even I tried cleaning it when the mess happens) and they got them out! they never wore shoe protection. they rushed the job. they were more concerned about the review, upgrading to a year service. And then threw a empty bottle in front of the house 😡. We are not happy with the service we got today. I'm definitely calling to report it to the management. Redicalious experience
