Michael and His Partner-I’m so sorry I haven’t registered your name in my brain-did a wonderful cleaning or my downstairs room. Everything was explained including the extra costs for this & that. They were polite and professional. I will ask for those 2 the next time I schedule a cleaning. Perhaps the person below whose comment is quite unhappy should consider purchasing a carpet cleaner and doing the shampooing herself. That way she could ensure that it would be done to her standards.
