We have used Stanley Steemer for the last several years for annual carpet cleaning and have always been happy and impressed with their service. Today exceeded our expectations. We purchased a large 100% wool rug for our dining room within the last year and I recently noticed a small spill spot. When scheduling our annual carpet cleaning online, it stated that wool rugs and anything with natural fibers usually need to be taken and cleaned off site. I had a bad experience with this company the first time but I was impressed by their customer service. This particular crew did not thoroughly clean my carpet and I complained. They sent someone out the the same day to clean my carpet to my satisfaction. I just had my carpets cleaned today and this crew did a good job! I’m pleased so far!
They arrived timely and completed their work timely. I was just disappointed that they did not wear a mask. They did not ask if we would like them to wear one either. I really was expecting them to coming into someones house and with the Covid virus. We did not call them earlier due to the virus. Can't take too many chances. Carpets came clean.
