This was absolutely the worst cleaning I have had with Stanley Steemer. None of my light furniture was moved, that was why the technician didn't put down furniture protectors on the feet/bottoms - the area around them was not cleaned. Probably because there was only one person. Also, he didn't us any cleaner on the carpets - just water. Unsatisfactory cleaning! I have to rethink using SS in the future.

Excellent Service. The gentlemen who came where very friendly and professional. I had my carpets cleaned, protected and deodorized. They look great. I scheduled my appointment online. They arrived within the timeline and respected my house. I will definitely use them again.

They guys were fantastic treated me and my husband like family. My floors were in bad shape. Had been cleaning and waxing with wrong products. My floors look brand new now. I was told how 2 take care of my floors. Very much appreciated. Thank you!! Great job !!
