The tech was great but I wasn’t satisfied with my living room area. Still dark spots they me some spot remover spary to treat the certain areas. Just not overall Satisfied with the service. Will not book again.
Incredibly expensive for the quality of work. Stains weren’t totally removed, tile flooring wasn’t completely cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend Stanley Steamer to anyone. They’re a rip-off.
5 stars Excellent service with excellent results! My house feels so much cleaner. Living room carpet and foyer and bathroom vinyl looks like new! Reasonable pricing and they’re maintenance program is worth every penny. Friendly technicians who care about their customers. Nick was excellent. I will continue to work with Stanley Steemer for all my furniture and flooring cleaning needs.
Crew was ok, totally misled on price that $99 special cost me $190. Total bait and switch spoke to management after a couple of tries. He was rude and disrespectful. I can not believe a major company can disrespect their customers like that . If they would of refunded the $60 overcharge they could of had a satisfied customer. He offered me a coupon for $50 for a future cleaning. Word to the wise use a local smal business guy avoid these franchise types
They’re awesome I highly recommend great service I’m love them
