I was not satisfied with the cleaning or the service I received on last friday. The guy and young woman that came to my house was such in rush the carpet wasn't clean very well. I had to have the guy go over a few spots that he assured me won't come up. However, when he went over the spot agian it was removed. Poor service and cleaning is not of my satisfaction. Will never again utilize your service or recommend you to any of my family or friends.
Made an appointment to clean and seal the tile floors in the kitchen of the home I recently purchased. Jamion and Kevin arrived on time and quickly got to work. Ultimately we ended up deciding to use color seal as the staining to the grout was too deep and inconsistent to look good and they were METICULOUS. I hired you to do our entire apartment ( 3 rooms and a hallway ). Our apartment is on the third floor and I was advised that they would have a portable unit with them . Your team arrived and proceeded very efficiently and followed what I perceived to be policy . However, they did not move any furniture in the large bedroom. I told them not to move anything in the small bedroom and they did move the furniture in the dining/living room area (except the TV and the stand that it sits on).
