I called and they scheduled me the same week! two guys came to my house that were hard working & very polite. did an excellent job on all 3 rooms. very satisfied
The servicewas fast and effective and the guess were super friendly age knowledgeable!
they never texted they were on there way. never rang the doorbell , instead my husband found them on Facebook in our driveway. going back to adelmans!

Just had a great experience with Stanley Steemer and I would highly recommend them for customer service, timeliness and quality of work!
I was specific about my area rug and was assured that they could come and clean it. I made arrangements to be home. The two very nice young men explained why they couldn’t clean my ru and they would need you take it for three weeks and send it to Illinois. They would cover it in unwanted chemicals and it would cost hundreds of dollars. They said even though I was specific they still say yes over the phone to get them in the home. very friendly and does a good job
The service technician was friendly. He was very neat. He listened to my concerns and was able to answer questions. He also offered alternatives that I had never considered. He was prompt and was able to complete the job in less time than I expected. Overall a positive experience.
