Berber Carpet looks the same as before it was supposedly cleaned. I agreed to have the sofa cleaned as I have a cat. They only cleaned one side of the cushions. Other side still full of cat hair. I’m very disappointed.
Stanley Steemer made my old, almost worn out carpet look brand new! They were on time, moved everything & made the process completely pain free! The carpet looks amazing!!

I was a little concerned after reading the bad reviews but went ahead and booked for carpet cleaning. Added furniture after the crew arrived. My experience with the crew of Christina and Terence was excellent. No issues with missed spots or damaged furniture. I would recommend this crew to anyone. I have booked a return visit to treat the very small spots which appeared after carpet was dry. This was expected and explained why prior to the carpet being cleaned.
We recently had the tile floor in our kitchen cleaned and sealed as we do every 2 years. However, this time, thanks to the information provided by the cleaning crew, we decided to go with the Grout Seal Color. What an amazing difference...it looked like a new floor. The crew did an absolutely great job. It was clear they knew their product and explained what should and should not be used in the routine maintenance of the floor.They were very professional and treated us as valued customers. Thanks for an outstanding job!

I contracted for your service on line at which time I requested the cleaning and protection. Upon arrival the serviceman indicated that I did not sign up for protection of the hallway I thought I had but agreed to pay the additional fee of $10.00 to my quoted fee of $113.38 (I also purchased spot remover) so while they proceeded to clean I made out my check for $123.38.
