Our cleaners were wonderful! Came earlier than the scheduled arrival time (after calling to confirm that was okay) and provided helpful advice about the house, including one BR where the carpet needed to be re-stretched. Will definitely use again!

I was a little disappointed when I was called on Thursday morning and told the guys wouldn’t be coming to clean my carpet because of the snow. I did however get a new appointment for Saturday morning as I was urgent to get the cleaning done before Thanksgiving. The 2 gentlemen that came where very nice, on time and did a very good job. It was horrible. They were here for about 20 minutes and although the carpet was wet, it wasn't clean. No spots were removed and the general appearance was no different except wet. We were told to use Rug Doctor. Waste of time and money. Nest time tell your employees that clean is better than fast.
