We have used stanley steamer multiple times and had been happy until this last time it took them less than 45mins to clean and scotch guard 4 rooms. When it dried the spots were still there. I had to reclean the whole house with a rented rug doctor; I'm sure they would love to use the pictures I took in one of their commercials . I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a return call from the main office. We will never be using Stanley steamers again. You've lost a loyal customer of over 15 years.
They cleaned three rooms in our home. They were very professional and efficient. On time and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

We asked Stanley Steemer to clean 5 pieces of carpeting, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a hallway. They were only at our house for about 15 minutes. In their apparent need to rush through the job, they damaged several of our walls. When this was pointed out to the manager, he offered us a small refund, we have yet to receive this refund and it's been close to a month.
