had a series of problems. in an effort to fix the problems they sent a team to redo my carpet cleaning. I expected them to clean all of the carpet, what I didnt expect was for them to send the same guy who did a horrible job the first time or for them to come in and only want to spot clean certain areas I had to point out to them. they were here for a total of 15 minutes. why they would send the same guy i dont understand. if i would have known they were not going to redo all of the carpets I would have told them not to both... read more
