I had a young lady to come out and she did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. I’ve been with Stanley Steemer quite a while and recommend them without hesitation.
When Marcus and Jason were done with our carpet, upholstery, and linoleum, we were pleased with the job they did and gave them high marks yesterday. They did leave puddles on the linoleum but when I mentioned it to Marcus, he dry mopped the floors. However, today in the daylight and as we were putting things back in place, we noticed they did not clean the ottomans that went to our swivel rockers. The two men that came to my house were friendly, polite, professional and did a great job.
I think they did a very good job on my kitchen grout. No so on my bathroom grout. They also left lots of puddles of water in the kitchen and bath. They should have dry mopped the floor after they were finished. The carpets look good but they are not quite dry yet. All in all a pretty fair job.
This is the third time that I have had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet. I do realize that different personalities do make a difference when it comes to what you expect to be done. With this cleaning done by Greg Dunn and his partner, I am very satisfied. Greg took the time to listen to what I wanted cleaned, which did not seem to happen the last time my carpet was cleaned.
