We have used Stanley Steemer several times in the past few years and have always been satisfied with the result. They are fast and efficient! The office has always been helpful as well.
I would rather not do a review. I would prefer that you send someone out to do the job right. Half of the room was treated and the other half was not. I have a perfect half moon across my family room carpet. Looks ridiculous. Anyone can make a mistake. Now fix it.
The service technicians were very courteous; however, I had my tile cleaned and I'm extremely disappointed in the results. There were spots on the tile that were very clearly missed and the grout does not look any better now than before the work was completed.
They were very courteous on the phone and in person. Russell was very knowledgeable about the service. He was great!
Stand behind your service.I paid $180.00 for you to clean stains that were on my carpet less than 15 hours. Your serviceman said it was a good thing I called to have it cleaned right away, and not let it set in. 3 weeks later the stains are back. I called to complain and was told the stains were in the padding.
The young man who came to our home, was prompt, professional and extremely personable. He was working alone, because other employees were at a training session. The only thing was that I didn’t get a receipt, and I need one to file with my carpet warranty. I called the company that afternoon and was told that they would mail one to me. Too soon to have received it yet.
