WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I got my carpets done a couple weeks ago . My carpets were not terrible we are expecting a child so wanted to get the carpets done for that reason . I paid 400$ for one room and they had to come out to my place twice . I have called them four times because there is some kind of odor now . They have told me they will call me back and never have . It’s fine if they can’t fix it but at least call me back
I set up an afternoon appointment on line. I took the day off work but at 1:30 I called to check on the appointment. The lady told me she called my phone in the morning, but got a busy signal so she did not send the technician. She never tried to call back a second time. My phone call log had NO incoming calls this morning! I will not call them again.
