In all of my years of having my carpet cleaned I've never experienced a cleaning like this. Bryan, the technician cleaned every inch of my carpet. My carpets look brand new!
I had one room and a large sectional cleaned, or should I say just made wet ! They were in and out in less than an hour total. I asked for every seam cleaned, they only did the surfaces and that cost me $200. My carpet wasn't even done under some pieces of the sectional and now stinks like a wet dog after a week. I called immediately the following morning, was not contacted until late in the day on a Friday . I have paid to have it redone with another company. I00% dissatisfied.
