Very polite technicians. On time. Listened to what we wanted. Work hard & did a great job.
This is the second time of horrible service. First time the cleaners only wanted to upcharge my husband. Then they showed up with out calling. I have two dogs that had to be put up. Then they were on their phones the entire time. Next they don't rake "anymore" not sure when this practice started? Next the carpet smells like dirty water, I know it wasn't but that is what my carpet smells like. Don't waste your money try another company
do the job as directed by the customer and show up on time. This team was so rushed since only 1 guy showed up to do the job. Management brought the other guy 1 1/2 hours later.... so they were behind and rushed to finish. I was not happy when they left. The carpets were not 'clean'... they were washed. And many corners, etc. missed. I have fully only Stanley Steemer in the past but this type of service will not work for me. I have ALWAYS been very pleased with the service in the past.... We have used many carpet cleaners and they all try to "upsell". But not these guys. They do what they say (if not more) and at a fair price. They got out spot we thought would never come out. We were so pleased we tipped them an additional $10.00 each!
They are professionals and I would recommend them to everybody.
My rugs were very clean and the sofa they cleaned looked like new. I have always been pleased with Stanley Steemer's work. Their technicians are pleasant and well trained.
the carpets and rugs looked great. Our hardwoods looked very clean. The sealer-protecter greatly improved the look and gloss. The tectnicians were very nice. My only complaint is with ability to order products on the web site. I gave up on the 1st try. When I tried again they said my email address had already been used ,and that I would have to supply another. I have the same email adress that I have had for years
Did an amazing job on getting my carpet cleaned as well as my furniture. The technicians were great.
One young man cleaned our carpet by himself. He did an excellent job. He was polite and thorough.
