The crew that came out was very professional and hard working. We have four male dogs so our gray carpet was brown. They got it very clean and it's gray again! I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

Guys were friendly and courteous. I was told on phone they didn’t move dressers with mirrors, electronics, and beds. However, they didn’t move bookcase(open shelves, sides and back not enclosed). It is very light and I had removed all items from shelves. Also they didn’t move chest in master bedroom nor chest in guest bedroom.
I have used them two times during the month of June and have been very pleased. The guys did a good job on my hardwood floors, were very polite, and checked with me as they worked. Had carpets cleaned in three rooms and was very pleased. They were able to get out a chocolate stain in one room. Thank goodness! Thanks for great customer service. Will definitely use again. 👍
Carpet is clean and smells good. The guys did great. I used zero Rez before but it looked like they just put some water on it. Now Stanley Steemer- it looks like they actually cleaned it. Will use again
