I was notified when they were on there way. both gentlemen were very courteous and respectful. the carpet turned out better than expected.
I’ve used Stanley Steemer several times, and they did a great job as always. We recently finished house training a new puppy and they solved our puppy woes! Bryan was polite, professional and speedy. I also think their pricing is very reasonable — I definitely recommend them.
The 2 guys that came out to clean our very needy carpet in 3 rooms and our hallway were such gentlemen and very very good and confident about the job they were doing! There was a smoker that lived here for 20+ yrs and OMG just having the carpets cleaned made SUCH A HUGE difference!!!!!! We ARE going to have their duct cleaning crew come in and clean our 2 AC’s and ducts then clean our 2 stairways and we will have a home that won’t make me sick! Gave me a call telling me they were on their way. Went over what needed to be done and also did a walk through when finished. Gave me a pair of shoe covers so shoes would not get wet. Carpets looked great when all done! I’d give them a 10.
